Terms and Conditions
This sets out exactly how we work — price, timeline, payment, what's included and what isn't. We have no fine print.

This page describes the terms we work under. By placing an order you agree to them.
02Services and pricing
The prices shown on the site are the cost of the base packages. The exact price is fixed after the brief, once the scope of the project is clear.
The agreed price does not increase during the project. If the scope grows (a new page, a new feature), we tell you the cost first and only continue after you approve.
Prices are in Georgian lari.
03The ordering process
1. Brief — a short conversation or a form. We establish what you need and what result you expect.
2. Proposal — we send you the scope, the timeline and the price in writing.
3. Design — you approve the design of the main page before any code is written.
4. Development and launch — building, testing, domain, hosting, handover of all access.
04Payment terms
Payment in two stages: 50% at the start of work, 50% before launch.
Payment is made by bank transfer. We send the account details together with the proposal.
The site goes live after the second payment.
05Timelines
Indicative timelines: Landing Page — 2-3 days, Business Website — 7 days, Online Store — 14 days.
The clock starts once we have received all the necessary material — texts, photos, logo, access. Late material automatically pushes the deadline back.
If the timeline slips because of us, we tell you in good time and agree a new date.
06Revisions and changes
At the design stage changes are free and unlimited — which is exactly why we start with design.
are included in the price after the code is written 2 rounds of revisions. One round means one list, not a stream of separate messages.
Additional rounds, or changes that go beyond the brief, are priced separately. We tell you the cost in advance.
07Content and materials
Providing texts, photos and the logo is on your side, unless we've agreed otherwise.
You must hold the rights to the material you provide. We do not verify the origin of photos or texts and take no responsibility for it.
Writing the texts is a separate service and is agreed in advance.
08Ownership and rights
After full payment the site is your property — code, design, content.
The domain is registered in your name. All access is handed over to you. Nothing is locked.
We reserve the right to use the completed project in our portfolio. If you don't agree to this, let us know in advance.
09Domain, hosting and support
First year: Domain, hosting, SSL certificate and technical support are included in the price.
From year 2: 49₾/month (or 499₾/year) for a landing page and 99₾/month (or 999₾/year) for a business site and store.
Support can be cancelled at any time, with no penalty. After cancellation the site and the domain stay with you — only our service ends.
10Warranty and limitations
For 30 days after launch we fix technical faults that were our doing, free of charge.
The warranty does not cover: changes made by the client, outages of third-party services (bank, social network, external API), or problems outside the hosting.
Nobody can promise you, and neither can we, a specific position on Google, a number of sales or a volume of traffic. What we answer for is that the site is built correctly, technically.
11Pausing or cancelling a project
If the project is stopped at your initiative, the cost of the completed stage is not refunded.
If material or feedback does not arrive for more than 30 days , the project is considered paused. When it resumes we may need to agree a new timeline.
If we stop the project for reasons on our side, the amount for the unworked part is refunded to you.
12Disputes
We prefer a direct conversation — experience shows that almost everything can be resolved.
If agreement cannot be reached, the dispute is settled in accordance with the legislation of Georgia.
We reserve the right to update these terms. For ongoing projects, the version in force at the time of the order applies.
